My friends call me Raindog. About fifteen years ago, I realized that there
was more to life than working, eating, sleeping and messin' around with some gal. So I began a search for the one thing
that would fulfill me. I soon realized that there was no single thing that would get it done, so I branched
out into a multi-disciplinary approach.
In my search for creative expression and fulfillment I have tried music
and writing (poetry, fiction, creative non-fiction). I found satisfaction in both, but as time passed my natural
tendency for living beyond my means (in this case, cerebral) caused me to turn these into 'projects'; so, hence, the need
for something fresh. My musical skills, unlike my musical tastes, are pretty crude.
I like to experiment, but that limits the audience. Lately, it's been a blend of poetry and painting.
